*Canceled transactions will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
We do not offer returns or refunds on items that are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If you receive a new item that is defective, please contact the manufacturer first.
Ammunition Age Restrictions: Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase long gun ammunition or at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.
You are responsible for knowing whether this item is legal in your state before you buy. You are responsible for knowing everything you need to do to obtain this item before purchasing it. If you have any questions, please ask them BEFORE purchasing. By purchasing an item, you agree to everything stated in the item’s description.
We do NOT do layaway on online transactions.
We do NOT accept trades on transactions.
PAYMENTS
All payments made through our checkout system must be paid by credit or debit card. If you would like to pay via money order or certified check, please contact us prior to completing your purchase. We do NOT accept PayPal, personal checks, corporate checks, company checks, or wire transfers.
FFL INFORMATION
We are an FFL holder.
FFLs can be transmitted to us via fax or email.
SHIPPING
Shipping will be UPS Ground insured with adult signature required for most long guns, ammunition, magazines, and accessories.
Shipping will be UPS 2nd Day Air insured with adult signature required for most handguns.
We will NOT ship ammunition to Chicago, New York City, the District of Columbia, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Francisco, or anywhere else that we are not 100% sure that we can legally ship it.
We will not ship any item to anywhere that we are not 100% sure that the item is legal AS IT IS - without modification.
